We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase!
However, if you do need to return an item, we ask you to please follow our simple instructions:
• We will gladly honor your acceptable return for an exchange, store credit, or refund if mailed within 14 days of the date it was received.
• If you made a purchase with a discount of 30% or higher, your acceptable return will result in store credit or exchange – no refund.
• By their very nature, Custom Orders are not returnable.
Acceptable returns must be unworn and in perfect condition with tags still attached.
We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return.
Contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. We’ll send you a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM; please fill it out and include it in the package.
Please carefully package the item(s) in their original packing materials and send the package with delivery tracking. Please email the tracking number to us as soon as you send the package.
Once your item is received, your return will be processed within 5 business days, and we will notify you via email.
